Our dynamic and creative Criminal Defense team at MSF has decades of experience zealously advocating for clients facing criminal prosecution.  We specialize in litigating complex criminal cases on issues ranging from securities and financial fraud to healthcare offenses, as well as antiquities and violent crimes.

We know that our clients facing prosecution rely on us in the fight of their lives, where their livelihoods, and often liberty are at stake.  We are fierce courtroom advocates, and are always ready to take a case to trial, where necessary.  Because we never shy away from a fight to protect our clients’ best interests, we often obtain excellent resolutions through negotiation—federal and state prosecutors know that we are prepared to litigate if we do not obtain an acceptable result.
